We still have all the ingredients to make this delectable dish at the farmers market.

Ingredients:
- A medium size green cabbage, finely shredded
- Two large carrots, shredded
- One small red bell pepper.
- One small red onion, diced.
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar or stevia (I prefer stevia)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white or black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
Directions:
- Combine the vegetables and mix well
- Combine the dressing ingredients and mix well
- Pour dressing ove rthe cabbage mixture and coat well
- Cover and rest in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
- For a variation use sliced apples.
