Ingredients
- A medium green cabbage, finely chopped cabbage
- One very small red onion
- 1/2 bell pepper, red, green or orange
- One large carrot, grated
- One tablespoon white sugar
- One tablespoon brown sugar
- One teaspoon mustard seed or powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- 2 tablespoon olive oil (do not use vegetable oil)
- 1/4 cup organic distilled white vinegar (you could also use cider vinegar)
Directions
- Chop and mix vegetables.
- Mix ingredients for dressing.
- Mix caggage mix and dressing thoroughly.
- Let stand for at least and hour for the flavors to blend, mix occasionally
For more a more sipcy slaw add a finely diced jalapeno.
