Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
6 shallots, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons maple syrup
sea salt and fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Saute shallots in olive oil until golden brown, mix apple cider vinegar, soy sauce and maple syrup together.
- Use on chicken breast, steak, or burgers
Make a double batch and use on several items.
- Add poblano relish for additional zip.
- Use a pinch of cayenne when using on burgers
- Mix with Salsa Freak Cherry Tomato Salsa for a great glaze or dipping sauce.
