Asparagus, Brown Rice Pasta, Scallions and Tazekie Sauce (Gluten Free)

It is asparagus season and every good salad needs some green onions. I found some Brown rice pasta spirals that work well with the veggies. The whole grain rice pasta is gluten free.

Here is the recipe...

Ingredients:

- Asparagus cut into small bite sized pieces
- Green onions, diced
- 1 lb brown rice pasta spirals (or other shapes), cooked according to directions
- 16 ounce container of Greek yogurt
- Tazekie seasoning.

Directions:

- Mix Greek yogurt and seasoning
- Mix vegetables and pasta (gluten free)
- Mix yogurt dressing, vegetables and pasta

Let flavors combine for 1 hour.

Enjoy.
