Ingredients
- 2 cups butternut squash cooked and pureed
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 medium onion cooked.
- 1/2 pound elbow or spiral pasta cooked
- 4 ounces smoked Gouda cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces of milk
- 8 ounces bread crumbs
- Combine Gouda, cream cheese, sour cream and milk into a creamy sauce
- Mix in butternut squash, onions and spinach until mixed well
- Mix in cooked pasta until well coated
- Cover with bread crumbs and bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until lightly brown
