Ingredients:
- Two chicken breasts cubed.
- Two cups of wild rice, cooked
- One cup of fresh raspberries
- One cup of celery finely diced
- Two cups of baby peas
- Two tablespoons brown mustard
- 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
- Mix vinegar, mustard & raspberries
- Add dressing to chicken breasts, wild rice, celery and baby peas.
