Fresh Chives in Tzatziki Sauce

We have had so many folks in our Sunday morning services that they started a Saturday evening service. We often go church Saturday which means we are home Sunday morning and I get to experiment with what is fresh from the garden.

Early spring is chive season...



So I put some chives in the tzatziki sauce I made.

I had some fresh Geek yogurt (the kind for smart people) and Lisa has some seasoning so I didn't have to dig out all the separate herbs. I chopped the chives real fine.

It was pretty good, with the chives you could used it on a baked potato or a bagel.  We had seasoned pita chips. Yumm.
